Where: The full zoo experience will be open for guests to explore during the event. Animal buildings will start closing at 7:15 p.m. to allow our animals to remain on their natural sleep cycles. Guests who would like more time to enjoy the full zoo experience may come out any time between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. the day of the event. Guests will need to show their QR code registration email to receive a wristband to remain on grounds or return for the after-hours portion of Zoo Nights.

Important Information:
- To allow guests the opportunity to enjoy the full zoo experience ahead of sunset, they may come out any time between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. the day of the event. Guests will need to show their QR code registration email to receive a wristband to remain on grounds or leave and return for the after-hours portion of Zoo Nights. Animal buildings will start closing at 7:15 p.m. to allow our animals to remain on their natural sleep cycles.
- All guests must be 21+ to attend. ID’s will be checked at the main gate.
- If you purchase tickets online, please have the QR code in your confirmation email ready to be scanned at the Admission Booths.
- This event will be held outdoors.
- Ticket sales are final. The event will be held rain or shine. Some portions may shift inside if there is rain.
Costume Policy:
Zoo Nights: Halloween is a 21+ costume-optional evening at the zoo. For the safety and enjoyment of all in attendance:
- Costumes may not contain any realistic looking weapons that could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon. This may include toy swords, knives, guns, etc.
- Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that could potentially strike another guest.
- Costumes may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or political.
- Noisemakers of any kind are prohibited.
- Tulsa Zoo reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests or cause issues for the animals in our care.
- Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from the event unless their costume can be modified to meet the above standards.
- The Tulsa Zoo cannot hold any items for guests at the Admissions Office. Please leave all unsecured or restricted items in your personal vehicle or at home.

Is there a charge for parking?
No. Free parking is available in the main zoo parking lot.
Will food and beverages be served?
Bars with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available with drinks for purchase. Food will also be available for purchase from zoo concession areas.
What drinks are included with the Zoo Flight?
One savory cocktail, one sweet cocktail, a beer (domestic or craft), and wine option
How should I dress for this event?
Costumes are highly encouraged! There will be a costume contest, and the best costume will receive a complimentary Associate Membership. A panel of zoo staff will vote on the winner. Please check our costume policy for this event before making your costume selections.
How old do I have to be to attend?
This event is for guests 21 years of age and older. IDs will be checked prior to entry that night.
Can I receive a refund?
Ticket sales are final. The event will be held rain or shine. Some portions may shift inside if there is rain.
Is smoking permitted?
No. The Tulsa Zoo is a smoke-free area.
